
JEFF WEINTRAUB
is the managing partner in the law firm of Weintraub Stock and Grisham,
P.C. The firm, founded in 1959, represents management in employment and
labor matters. Jeff has been selected by his peers for inclusion in
The Best Lawyers in America, 2005-2006,
as well as the 2001-2002
and 2003-2004
editions. He also is included in the
International
Who’s Who Legal, Labour & Employment
(UK), 2004-2005, and has received Martindale-Hubbell’s
highest attorney rating. He represents private- and public-sector
employers around the country in employment-discrimination and harassment
lawsuits, union-election campaigns and negotiations, wage and hour
claims, designing and enforcing non-compete agreements, and other
employment matters, in all federal and state courts, several Courts of
Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a frequent speaker
at employment and labor seminars around the country, and he provides
extensive training for employers in avoiding employment-related
litigation, preventing sexual-harassment charges, and numerous other
employment and labor topics.
Jeff is a member of the
Executive Board of the Chickasaw Council of the Boy Scouts of America,
comprising over 26,000 scouts and 5,000 leaders in Memphis and several
counties in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi, and he is a recipient
of the Council’s Silver Beaver Award. He is also a vice-chair and on
the board of the Memphis Orchestral Society.
