JEFF WEINTRAUB is the managing partner of the law firm of Weintraub Stock, P.C., a management-side employment-labor firm. Jeff is a trial attorney who represents employers in the private and public sectors around the country in employment-discrimination and harassment lawsuits, wage and hour claims, enforcing non-compete agreements, immigration matters, union-related cases, and all other employment and labor matters, in all courts and agencies, including the U.S. Supreme Court.  Jeff also represents churches and religious institutions in abuse investigations.

 

Jeff has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, the 1995-2008 Editions, as well as the 2006-2008 Mid-South Super Lawyers (covering TN, MS, and AR).  He also is included in the World's Leading Labour and Employment Lawyers (UK), the 2004-2008 Editions.  Jeff is a member of the Executive Board of the Chickasaw Council of the Boy Scouts of America and is a recipient of the Council’s Silver Beaver Award.  He also is on the Board of the Memphis Orchestral Society.  For many years, he has taught the Employee Relations & Labor segment in SHRM’s HR Certification course in Memphis.
