Weintraub Stock, PC has the oldest established management employment law practice in the Mid-South.  The firm gives, sponsors, and appears in frequent Employment Law seminars for management.  Members of the firm have taught at local universities in an adjunct capacity.  All partners and associates participate in professional associations, including the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Memphis Bar Association, with two founding partners having held national offices as management chairpersons in the ABA Labor and Employment Section.
